1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and jililink ("jililink," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the jililink website, mobile platform, games, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or using any jililink service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. These Terms apply to all users of the jililink Platform, including registered players, visitors, and any other persons who access or use the Platform in any manner.

2. Eligibility

• You are not suffering from a gambling addiction or have not been advised by a medical professional to refrain from gambling.

jililink reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension or termination and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals.

3. Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on jililink. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.

3.2 Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary to keep it accurate, current, and complete. jililink reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account where the information provided is found to be inaccurate, misleading, or incomplete.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jililink account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify jililink immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account. jililink shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

jililink is required to verify the identity of its players in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) regulations. You agree to provide any documentation requested by jililink for this purpose, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawals may be withheld pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

jililink accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed on the deposit page and are subject to change without prior notice. All deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of KYC verification and compliance with applicable bonus wagering requirements. jililink aims to process GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within 15 minutes of approval, though processing times may vary depending on payment provider availability and verification requirements. jililink reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on jililink are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. Currency conversion fees, where applicable, are the responsibility of the player.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

jililink maintains strict anti-money laundering policies. Any player found to be using the Platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity will have their account immediately suspended, all funds frozen, and the matter reported to the appropriate authorities. Deposits must be made with the genuine intention of gaming and not for the purpose of moving funds through the Platform.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

jililink offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum withdrawal limits, which are published on the relevant promotion page at the time the bonus is offered.

• Bonuses are credited to eligible accounts only and may not be transferred between accounts;
• jililink reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice;
• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or exploitation of software errors, will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings;
• Where a player withdraws funds before meeting applicable wagering requirements, jililink reserves the right to deduct the bonus amount and any winnings derived from it;
• jililink's decision on all bonus-related matters is final and binding.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on jililink use certified random number generators (RNGs) that have been independently tested and audited to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. The rules of each individual game are displayed within the game interface and form part of these Terms.

In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded on jililink's servers, the server-side result shall be deemed correct and final. jililink shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions, disconnections, or errors on the player's device or internet connection.

jililink reserves the right to void any bet or game round where a technical error, software malfunction, or human error has resulted in an incorrect outcome or payout. In such cases, the affected bet amount will be returned to the player's account balance.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jililink and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and legal action where appropriate:

• Registering more than one account;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information;
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Using the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited;
• Engaging in any form of cheating, collusion, or fraud;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Engaging in money laundering or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jililink staff or other players;
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to jililink's systems or another player's account;
• Reproducing, copying, or distributing any content from jililink without prior written authorization.

8. Responsible Gaming

jililink recognizes that gambling can become problematic for some individuals. We are committed to providing a safe gaming environment and offer the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit;
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the amount you can lose within a defined period;

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of jililink.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jililink, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform.

jililink's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jililink account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. jililink does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

11. Termination

jililink reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. Any balance remaining in your account at the time of termination for cause may be forfeited. If your account is terminated for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, jililink will return any remaining balance to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and deduction of any applicable bonus amounts.

You may close your jililink account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent jililink from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to enforce any judgment or award.

13. Changes to Terms

jililink reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification. Your continued use of jililink following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

We encourage you to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.
